More About Paul

Paul is the self proclaimed Mayor of Edievale after he and his wife Michelle bought the remaining buildings and a couple of acres on the township site. They mainly live off their land and 'off the grid using' a wetback and wind power generation. He has been making his own cider, wines and mead, for years now and is happy to share his knowledge and experiences so you can start enjoying making your own.
