Red Gravenstein ……. EAT + COOK …… EARLY
Red 'sport'  of Gravenstein.  It is thought to have arrived in Denmark in about 1669. Fruits have crisp, rather coarse-textured, juicy flesh with a pleasant mixture of sweetness and acidity with a distinctive flavour.
